Who we are
This policy explains how SCIFIELD INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("SCIFIELD", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through www.scifield.in. SCIFIELD is responsible for that data.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form:

- Your company, phone number and the product you are interested in (optional)
- Your message
- The page or product you enquired from
We also record the date and time of the enquiry and a shortened (anonymised) form of your IP address. We use your full IP address only briefly, to limit repeated submissions, and do not store it.

Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that run the site for us, and only as far as they need it:
- Website hosting and performance measurement (Vercel)
- Database and file storage (Google Firebase)
- Email delivery for enquiry notifications and acknowledgements
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
These providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond, to manage any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Details are available on request.

- Correct or complete it
- Erase it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent
